DESIGN STUDIO

The studio was founded in 2014 by Giuseppe Bagnardi and Alessandro Giomi, friends and colleagues who decided to combine their professional skills and experience in the field of nautical design. Giuseppe Bagnardi began his professional career in 2008 working in the style centres of major car manufacturers: taking his first steps at Bertone in Turin (Italy), then at Lamborghini in Sant'Agata Bolognese (BO) (Italy), before moving to the Advance Design style centre of the Volkswagen Group in Braunschweig, Germany, headed at the time by Walter De Silva. From the early years of his career, he also began a series of collaborations with a number of nautical companies, such as Wally, and with the CentroStileDesign studio, which at that time boasted important collaborations with brands such as Dariel, Filippetti Yacht and Sessa Marine, he also collaborates on various boat refitting projects with several shipyards.

Then, in 2014, he founded the BG DESIGN FIRM studio in Rome with Alessandro Giomi, and began to make use of external collaborators.

The studio works for major Italian shipyards such as Otam, Cantieri Capelli, Castagnola Yacht, Cayman Yacht and Alamare.

We follows all the stages leading to the creation of the boat: starting from the design on paper and CAD design. The studio deals with the design of both the exterior and interior of the boat, always seeking the right combination of aesthetics and function, taking care of every detail and satisfying the needs of the end customer.
